Use Evidence-Based Frameworks for Reducing Stress

uMore is an AI tool that helps users track their well-being and build positive habits. Its main functions are “Catch, Check, and Change.” Users begin by capturing negative thoughts to acknowledge their issues, and then the app analyzes their behavior to guide them in changing their action patterns.

Solution 1: AI-Based Crisis Recommendation System

Solution 1: AI-Based Crisis Recommendation System

One of the core features of uMore implemented by us was artificial intelligence integration. Algorithms engineered by our team in accordance with the customer’s vision can analyze PSS (Perceived Stress Scale) feedback both in long- and short-term scenarios and offer various recommendations for overcoming mental health challenges (especially, during crises such as COVID-19 lockdowns). Its core findings are summarized in a dashboard system, allowing all users to have a bird’s-eye view of various trends in their psychological well-being. The viability of uMore’s approach is proved by several awards our client received for their app.

Solution 2: Integrating Scientifically Proven Methods

Solution 2: Integrating Scientifically Proven Methods

We integrated several peer-reviewed mental health frameworks into the app, helping translate them from paper to code, under the active supervision of the customer and according to their vision. In this regard, our team adapted a scientifically proven PSS (Perceived Stress Scale) framework to identify client stress levels. More importantly, we created a streamlined flow for the feedback-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) frameworks together with the client, turning them into a Catch, Check, and Change system of the app. One more major feature implemented by us based on the client vision was the integration of social capabilities in the form of a safe circle platform. A safe circle allows a group of people trusted by the users to analyze their behavior and take the necessary measures to prevent stressful situations in their lives.
