Challenge:

The customer asked us to validate an idea for a tool that would help its users understand the real world of investment banking through a combination of reviews and high-quality aggregated data. After validating it, we then cooperated to create a product based on this research.

Solution:

We developed a complete data aggregation backend together with a frontend (including its overall design) for BankerAdvisor and continued supporting the project in the long term.

Solution 1: Intuitive User Interface

We developed a user-friendly interface and ensured an excellent user experience by focusing on tried-and-tested solutions like React.js and Node.js. One of our core achievements here is the “complex search” feature, which integrates intelligent inquiries and smart recommendations. This flexible search function covers multiple banking services and industry sectors, allowing BankerAdvisor users to sort results by rating and the number of reviews.

Solution 2: Reliable Review Service

Based on the client’s vision, Keenethics developers also created a system within which users can submit rated reviews along with recommendations for different services, and bank owners can create new listings or claim existing ones by setting up premium accounts through the Stripe service. To protect bank owners from unfair feedback, spam, and bots, we utilize reCAPTCHA and require all users to log in via LinkedIn to verify their accounts.

Solution 3: Process Optimization

Throughout the maintenance process, we significantly optimized the performance of the website (by up to 50%), performed a thorough SEO audit, improving various indexation variables by 300%-400%, and created a new promotion scheme for the website, bringing in 700 new users to it within two days. We have also upgraded the UI/UX of the website to make the review submission process as straightforward as possible.
