Before addressing Keenethics, SelfLeaders was using a combination of outside and native solutions for their business. The technical limits on the number of participants in those tools made it difficult to host large workshops properly.

Solution 1: Full Digitalization of Self-Leadership Training Processes

Changes introduced to the SelfLeaders app helped the company fully digitalize its processes. Firstly, we upgraded the existing framework for large workshops, enabling our client to work with up to 1000 users per session. Secondly, the Keenethics team assisted our client with creating an advanced analytics framework to track employee engagement and progress in the long term. Lastly, our developers ensured integration with leading HR and LMS frameworks to ensure the seamless flow of information for SelfLeaders corporate clients.

Solution 2: Secure Multi-Tenant Architecture to Serve Multiple Corporate Clients

SelfLeaders addresses behavioral issues that hinder students’ self-leadership, sometimes requiring interaction with sensitive personal information. We have implemented robust data protection with bank-grade technologies to ensure privacy and improve the authentication system.

To meet evolving industry standards, the SelfLeaders team decided to upgrade the product’s interface. During the code refactoring, we revamped many elements to align with the latest UI/UX standards. Our dual goals were to maintain familiar layouts for lecturers while introducing new features for a proper platform upgrade.
