Challenge and Solution
Our clients turned to the Keenethics team to assist them with developing a new tool capable of streamlining activities between real estate brokers and clients in one place.
We have chosen a very flexible approach to product development and have also selected a team that is maximally involved both in coding and in preparation and implementation of new features.
Ruuster offers both native and Zapier-based integrations with leading industry CRM systems and website/marketing platforms, providing a 95% coverage of the MLSs throughout the US and over 75% coverage in Canada.

Solution 1: An All-Encompassing User-Friendly Solution for Real Estate Management
The platform prioritizes user-friendliness, allowing agents to buy subscriptions for client communication and activity tracking. Clients gain access to financial tools for planning property purchases through saved searches, vendor recommendations, and budgeting features. They can browse real estate listings, leave notes, and connect with agents via multiple channels. Properties can be sorted by price, size, location, and rating for a streamlined experience. Clients can also choose between renting or purchasing a property. Lastly, Ruuster simplifies home visits by enabling clients to select specific dates and times, making the process easier and less stressful.

Solution 2: Safe Communication Tools
Safe communication was the top priority during the development of Ruuster. The client’s goal was to create a home-buying platform with some of the best security tools on the market. We helped them achieve this goal by using leading encryption technologies and performing rigorous testing to remove any potential security gaps in code. As a result, all information users share on the platform is kept confidential between the clients and their agents.

Solution 3: Integration with Leading MLS Platforms and CRM Systems
We have integrated the platform with leading MLS platforms and CRM systems, achieving a very high level of coverage for them. In the US, Ruuster integrates with 95% of the MLSs on the market. As for Canada, it works with 75% of the existing platforms in its market. Our team has also managed to provide near-complete integration with leading CRMs and website/marketing platforms via both native and Zapier-based tools.
